Preparation and Usage: Cook from chilled. Remove all packaging. Not suitable for microwave cooking. All appliances vary, the following are guidelines only. Grill: Place under a preheated medium-hot grill for 14-16 min, turning regularly. Fry: Heat a little oil in in the pan. Fry on a medium heat for 14-16 min, turning regularly. Oven: Place on a oven tray, cook in the centre of a preheated oven at 190°C/Fan 180°C/Gas Mark 5 for approx. 20-25 minutes, turning halfway. After cooking - ensure product is piping hot and no pink colour remains.
