With only two hand-picked harvests a year, High Mountain teas have a much lower yield than commercial teas. Grown at least 1000 metres above sea level, the cool temperatures, thin air and abundant mists of the mountains foster the slow growth of tender and aromatic teas, known for their floral aromas, rich flavour and creamy, almost milky texture.
