Formerly known as Slim Rice, Zero Carb Konjac Rice is the same high fibre '9 calorie' organic konjac recipe by Eat Water.

Made of mostly water, organic konjac flour is rich in soluable fibre. It absorbs up to one hundred times its own weight in water. Once konjac flour is mixed with water, we're able to make these amazing rice shapes, that are suitable for virtually all diets.

Directions

Each pack can serve 1-2 people.

Rinse 2-3 times under cold water.

Heat in an open pan 1-2 minutes or in a microwave for 1 minute.

Add to your favourite rice sauce, stir-fry, soup or salad.
