A twist of black pepper and a mix of healthy seeds - pumpkin, sunflower, golden linseed and nigella; our original crispbread is full of flavour and bags of crunch.                  From our artisan bakery, overlooking the Somerset countyside, our bakers hand prepare crispbread in small batches. Local farmhouse butter and nutty-tasting chickpea flour are mixed to a dough, thinly rolled, topped with seeds then slowly baked until crisp and crumbly. Viva la bean!
