Directions: 1 or 2 applications of Earol® Swim before entering. Open the ear canal by gently lifting and pulling outwards on the upper ear. Actuate Earol Swim® once into each ear prior to entering the water. Massage the small bump on the outside of the ear. Whilst moving the jaw up and down, and left to right.
