Cooking Instructions: Hob: HOB Simmer: 12-15 mins. Rinse 75g of rice per person in running water. Bring a large pan of water to the boil. Add salt if desired. Add rice to the pan, stir and return to the boil. Cover and simmer gently for 12-15 minutes. Drain thoroughly before serving. Fluff up with a fork. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only. 75g of dry rice gives approximately 180g rice when cooked.
