Dr. Oetker Chocolate Chunks are bake stable, which means they will hold their shape and their indulgent chocolatey bite when baked into your cakes, cupcakes, brownies or muffins.Why not try placing the bag in a jug of warm water to melt the chocolate chips, once melted snip to corner of the pack and use to drizzle the chocolate.

Preparation and Usage
Get Baking!Delicious baked into cookies, muffins and brownies, simply stir into the mix before baking.

Instructions
Cooking Instructions - General. Take care when melting chocolate not to overheat.; Hob - From Ambient. To melt (on the hob), place in a dry heatproof bowl over a pan of hot (not boiling) water and stir until smooth. Take care not to get water into the melting chocolate.; Microwave - From Ambient. To melt in the microwave (based on 850W) remove Chocolate Chunks from packaging and place in a microwave safe bowl and heat on medium (50%) power for 1 minute, then stir well. If required heat in bursts of 10 seconds (50%) and stir until smooth.
