Preparation and Usage
Delicious baked into cookies, muffins and brownies, simply stir into the mix before baking. You can quickly and easily melt chocolate chips by placing the bag in a jug of hot water until melted. Cut the corner of the bag to pour out or make a smaller hole to use as a drizzle.
Cooking Guidelines
Cooking Instructions - General. Warning: Chocolate may become very hot! Take care with chocolate after heating.
Hob - From Ambient. Melt in a dry, heat-proof bowl over a pan of hot water until smooth. Take care not to get water into the melting chocolate and avoid over heating.
Microwave - From Ambient. (based on 850W microwave) Microwave on medium setting (50% power) for 1 minute, then stir well. Heat in bursts of 10 seconds (50% power) until melted and smooth.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place.
