• To create a thicker icing line carefully cut the tip of the tube half way down with scissors. If the end becomes slightly misshaped after cutting use the scissors to pinch the end of the tube back to a circle.
• Gently use a knife to create the design before piping on the white icing.
• Fold the decorating icing tube down whilst piping to help push the icing out. Hold the tube slightly above the green icing to create a straighter line.
• Use your finger to press down any icing that is not smooth after piping.
