Microwave - From Ambient. Measure 60ml semi-skimmed milk (approx. 4 tbsp) into a 250ml mug.Empty the contents into the mug and stir until smooth.Microwave on full power for 1 minute 30 seconds (800W).Microwave ovens vary, the instructions are a guide only.Warning: Mug and cake may be hot! Take care when removing from microwave.
