Preparation and Usage
Always cook flour before consumption.

Farinata Chickpea Flatbread100g Doves Farm Organic Chickpea Flour1/4 tsp Fine salt2 tbsp Olive oil100ml Water1/4 tsp Sea salt flakes1 tbsp Rosemary (optional) Oil, for tray1. Pre-heat the oven to 220 ºC/Fan 200 ºC/425 º/Gas 7.2. Rub some oil around the inside of a large baking tray or insert a baking liner.3. Put the flour, fine salt, oil and water into a bowl and mix well to make a smooth thick paste.4. Cover and leave the paste to rest for at least 30 minutes.5. Stir the paste then tip it onto the prepared baking tray and spread into a 23cm/9" circle.6.Sprinkle with sea salt and rosemary, if used.7. Bake for 12-15 minutes.8. Slice into triangles and serve as a snack or to accompany a meal.
