Instructions
Oven cook - From Chilled. Preheat oven to 160C or 140C in a fan assisted oven (Gas Mark 3/4).
Place one or more cookie dough portions 2 inches apart on baking sheet lined with baking paper.
Bake 14-16 minutes for a warm and gooey cookie. Bake 16-18 minutes for a crispy crunchy cookie.
Remove from the oven. Rest on baking sheet - cookies continue to bake as they cool. Enjoy!
