Don Papa is a beautifully moreish super premium rum from the island of Negros, in the Philippines, known locally as Sugarlandia. Created on the fertile foothills of the active volcano Mt Kanlaon; it is a lush, fertile land in which sugarcane thrives.
The brand is inspired by the stories of Papa Isio, the charismatic leader who, in the 1890s, helped drive the Spanish from Negros and win independence for Sugarlandia.
