This Domaine Thivolle Chiroubles 2022 is a fruity French red wine with notes of cherry and raspberry. It pairs wonderfully with veal, pork, and poultry dishes, and also complements pasta and cured meats.
Established in 2019, Domaine Thivolle was created by Xavier Thivolle from carefully selecting existing parcels for the characteristic of their soils and a winery located at the top of the Chiroubles appellation.
Tasting Notes: Strong notes of cherry, raspberry and wine peach are present on the nose. The palate is fruity with good length.
Serving Suggestions: Pairs well with veal, pork and poultry dishes as well as pasta and cured meats.
