Jacques Prieur Volnay 1er Cru Clos des Santenots 2017 is dark ruby red with intense purple relections. The nose is delicate with fine, spicy aromas evolving into flowery notes. The palate is elegant and subtle with notes of fresh berries and sweet spices. The finish is long with smooth tannins. 

Located in the heart of Les Santenots du Milieu, the soil is rich in magneisum with a layer of hard limestone
