One of the great secrets of the Cote de Nuits, Marssanay is just to the north of Gevrey Chambertin. Domaine Charles Audoin, now run by Cyril Audoin, farms 15 hectares in the vineyards around the village. Longeroies is one of the single vineyards of the village, with a soil combination of sandy loam and clay.
Tasting Notes
Sweet fruit notes provide an expressive nose, while the palate is supple and round. Great depth of ripe black fruits with a fine structure of very well balanced tannins.
