Our Mint Imperials are made using a family recipe and premium quality ingredients which includes genuine oil of peppermint. The outer shell is hard and crispy whilst the centre has been specially formulated to be soft and melt in the mouth.
Our company today is wholly owned and managed by direct descendants of Joseph, the founder, and we are proud to continue the tradition of sweet making which dates back five generations.
