History
Three different plots of the Disznk vineyard specifically destined for this dry wine were harvested and vinified separately. Manuel harvest of fully ripened, healthy bunches picked on the 27th and 28th of September in small boxes of 20 kg (44 lbs
Regional Information
The 2019 vintage is distinguished by a rich concentration and substantial quantities, which surprised us given the highly eventful growing season. After a cold January, mild early spring, cool and rainy periods were alternating with hot and dry days. The grapes reached maturity earlier than usual and by the end of September, we could select beautifully ripe grapes giving fresh and well-balanced dry whites.

The grapes were pressed directly without destemming, allowed to settle and then ferment in stainless steel at between 16-20 C. No malolactic fermentation
