Denhay British Dry Cured Unsmoked Streaky Bacon is a premium bacon product from the UK. It is dry cured by hand using outdoor bred British pork for a full, rich flavour. Cook it by grilling or frying for a delicious addition to meals.
We use our own special cure and slowly mature the bacon before slicing to bring out the wonderfully full flavour.

Cooking guidelines: Remove all packaging. Raw bacon must be thoroughly cooked before being eaten. Grill - Preheat grill to medium. Grill for 5-6 minutes, turn over halfway through cooking. Shallow Fry - Preheat frying pan to medium. Fry for 4-5 minutes. Turn over halfway through cooking.
