De Buyer aluminium frying pan. 100% Aluminium. Ultra-thick aluminium, a structured induction-compatible base and a high-performance non-stick coating guarantee these utensils are tough and long-lasting. Compatible with all stove tops. Diameter: 20cm. Weight: 0.78kg. Made in France. 2-Year warranty against manufacturing defects.

Care: Before using your cookware for the first time, wash it with hot soapy water with a sponge. Thoroughly rinse and carefully dry. Suitable for use on any hob. If using an induction hob, adapt the size of the ring to the diameter of the base of the cookware.

Precautions for use in a conventional oven:

  • do not use the grill or broil function
  • do not exceed 400°F for a maximum of 10 minutes (Flash heat only)

Recommendations for preserving the durability of your cookware when using an induction hob:

  • gradually increase the temperature
  • do not use the booster function
  • do not overheat your utensil when it's empty

To extend the life of your non-stick coating:

  • do not use metal or sharp-angle utensils
  • hand-washing is recommended
  • Handle with care after long cooking times or use in the oven (risk of burning). Wash with a non-abrasive sponge and warm soapy water.
