We've been farming organically for over 35 years. Our pork is raised outdoors with room to play and forage.
Suitable for freezing. Organic.
Keep refrigerated 0-5°C. Consume within the use by date. Once pack is opened use on the same day. Suitable for freezing on day of purchase. Use within one month. Defrost fully before use. Do not re-freeze once defrosted.
For perfectly cooked pork, our head chef recommends: Season with salt, pepper and olive oil. Pan-fry until golden brown all over, then place in a hot oven (180°C/fan 160°C/Gas mk 4). Roast for 30 minutes per 500g, plus a further 30 minutes, until the pork is cooked through with no pink meat, and the juices run clear. Allow to rest for 5-10 minutes before serving. Wash hands, knives and surfaces thoroughly before and after preparing raw meat.
