Consume within the use by date. Once pack is opened use on the same day. Suitable for freezing on day of purchase. Use within one month. Defrost fully before use. Do not re-freeze once defrosted. For perfectly cooked beef, our head chef recommends: Pan Fry Steak: Heat a little oil in a pan until searing hot, season the steak with sea salt and ground black pepper. Add steak to the hot pan. Seal on high heat on each side until golden-brown. Reduce to a medium heat and cook according to the thickness of the steak and your preference, turning regularly. We find the usual amount of time is between 5-10 minutes. Allow to rest for 2-3 minutes before serving for tender, succulent steaks. Grill Steak: Preheat grill to a medium heat. Brush with oil and season well with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper. Place under the grill and cook according to the thickness of the steak and your preference, turning half way through cooking time. We find the usual amount of time is between 5-10 minutes. Allow to rest for 2-3 minutes before serving. Wash hands, knives and surfaces thoroughly before and after preparing raw meat.
