Keep
refrigerated 0-4C. Consume within the use by date. Once
pack is opened use on the same day. Suitable for freezing on day of purchase.
Use within one month. Defrost fully before use. Do not re-freeze once
defrosted.
Preparation and Usage
For perfectly cooked chicken, our head chef recommends
roasting:
Preheat oven to 180C (160C fan/Gas mk 4). Season with sea salt. For
crispy skin, do not coat with oil. Place legs in a roasting tin in the centre
of the oven for 30-40 minutes, turning once until golden brown and thoroughly
cooked, the juices run clear, with not pink meat, and the meat comes away
easily from the bone. Rest for 5 minutes.
Wash hands, knives and surfaces thoroughly before and after preparing raw
chicken.
