Preparation and Usage In a large saucepan combine 1 jar of Rendang Paste and one 400 ml can of coconut milk. Cook on medium heat until sauce has thickened. Cut 650g of boneless chicken thighs into chunks and add to the thickened sauce. Continue simmering until chicken is tender and cooked thoroughly. If using beef, add 200ml of water along with the coocnut milk, as beef takes longer to tenderise. Serve with basmati rice or pilau rice. Cooks Note: Works well with slow cookers. Bone in chicken thighs have more flavour but will need a longer simmer. Use firm tofu or tempeh for a delicious vegan option.
