Preparation and Usage: How to use: Wash your hands. Place the pad in your underwear, with the black DAMEDry bean shape facing upwards. Fasten the wings around your underwear with the snap popper. To clean, rinse until water runs clear. Add to your normal 40-degree machine wash and simply air dry, hanging outside or in.
