Cymex Cream's triple action formula actively relieves, controls infection and promotes effective healing of painful unsightly cold sores and dry cracked lips.
Urea softens the outside layer of the skin.
Dimeticone keeps the skin moisturised and helps prevent scabs from cracking.
Cetrimide is an antiseptic which helps prevent further infection of the broken skin.
Chlorocresol also an antiseptic which helps prevent further infection of the broken skin.
For external use only. Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients. Side effects are rare, however, cetostearyl alcohol may cause skin reactions such as inflammation and redness where the cream has been applied (contact dermatitis). If this occurs or you notice anything unusual, tell your doctor or pharmacist. Do not use after the expiry date.
Apply the cream sparingly every hour as needed. If symptoms persist, speak to your doctor.
