How to use

• Set Up Place the Cubii Move on a flat, stable surface in front of your chair. Sit comfortably with your feet on the pedals.
• Start Pedaling Begin pedaling forward at a comfortable pace. You can also pedal backward to work different muscles.
• Adjust Resistance Turn the resistance knob to increase or decrease difficulty. Start low and gradually increase as you get stronger.
• Monitor Your Workout Use the digital display to track time, steps, distance, and calories. Optionally, connect via the app for more detailed tracking.
• Maintain Good Form Sit upright, keep your back straight, and engage your core lightly. Keep feet flat on the pedals.
