Preparation and Usage
How to cook: Super simple, with no need to soak, just rinse these lentils in cold water and then add to boiling water. Use 3 parts water to 1 part lentils. Reduce heat to a simmer. Cook for 15-30 minutes depending on how soft you would like your lentils to be.

Instructions
Try Crazy Jack's Green Lentil & Spinach Curry:Ingredients: (Serves 4-6)2 tbsp groundnut oil1 onion, chopped150g Crazy Jack Green Lentils; washed and drainedSalt and pepper1 tbsp medium curry powder200g button mushrooms500g spinach leaves1 clove garlic, crushed1. Heat the oil in a medium saucepan and slightly brown the onions. Add the garlic and mushrooms and fry gently for about 5 minutes.2. Stir in the lentils, coating evenly and add the curry powder. Stir to soak up the juices and add water to cover the lentils.3. Simmer gently with the lid on for 35-40 minutes until all the lentils are soft, stirring occasionally. Check halfway through cooking time and add more water if necessary.4. When cooked, toss in the spinach leaves, adjust seasoning to taste and serve with basmati rice.These lentils are cleaned but may contain an occasional mineral stone.
