Big Wednesday IPA: Unfiltered and vegan friendly this hazy IPA is full of tropical fruit flavours and aromas that come from the eukanot and citra hops added in the kettle. A double dry hop of citra, simcoe, eukanot, & galaxy hops are added at the end of fermentation for more aromas and flavours of papaya and juicy mango. A nice soft mouth feel and smooth finish come from the use of oats &wheat to balance perfectly with a robust bitterness.
