Preparation and usage
To warm, stand in hot water for 5 minutes. Alternatively, pierce the film lid several times and microwave on full power for 30 seconds (700/750W). Cooking time may vary with microwave power. Remove the film and stir well. Always check the temperature before serving. Serve your baby's portion into a clean bowl. Let your little one's appetite lead the way. Carefully observe your baby; they will let you know when they have had enough. If feeding straight from the plate, unused portions must be discarded. Do not re-heat. For good dental hygiene, clean your baby's teeth regularly, especially before bedtime.
