Covonia Dry & Tickly Cough is a sugar free oral solution that uses glycerol to coat and soothe the throat, relieving dry coughs and sore throats. Suitable for adults and children over 1 year, this non drowsy formula can be taken up to four times daily.
Covonia Dry & Tickly Cough 1.36g/5ml Oral Solution Sugar Free is for relief of the symptoms of coughs and sore throats. It contains glycerol which coats the throat to soothe the symptoms of coughs and sore throats.
This medicine is a brown viscous liquid supplied in 150ml, 180ml and 300ml bottles.
Active ingredients per 5ml: Glycerol 1.36g. Other ingredients: Capsicum Oleoresin 50,000 WS, Citric Acid (E330), Caramel (E150), Maltitol Liquid, Blackcurrant & Menthol Flavour (containing E1520 Propylene Glycol), Anise Flavour (containing E1520 Propylene Glycol), Hydroxyethyl Cellulose, Sodium Benzoate (E211) and Purified Water.
Features: Sugar free, non drowsy, soothing relief for irritating dry coughs and sore throats.
Dietary: Sugar free.
Storage: Do not store above 25°C. Once opened use within 28 days.
Preparation and Usage: Shake the bottle before use. Take the solution by mouth. Adults, the elderly and children over 12 years: Take 2 x 5ml spoonfuls when required up to a maximum of 4 times a day. Children over 1 year: Take 1 x 5ml spoonful when required up to a maximum of 4 times a day. Do not give to children under 1 year old unless your doctor tells you to. If symptoms persist for more than 5 days, consult your doctor or pharmacist. Important: Peel top leaf and read all text inside before use. Do not peel off, re-fix for future use.
