Bottled at 46% abv and non-chill filtered - our gin transforms into a beautiful pearlescent cloud when mixed with ice or tonic due to its high volume of essential oils, particularly from the freshly peeled lime and pink grapefruit zest.

Our award-winning Cotswolds Dry Gin is a delectable blend of nine carefully considered botanicals, including local lavender from the Cotswolds and freshly peeled pink grapefruit and lime zest. Due to the unusually high volume of botanicals we use, our gin causes a beautiful pearlescent cloud to appear when ice or tonic is added. Our Cotswolds Dry Gin has been hand-crafted in small batches to create a smooth London dry-style gin with a Cotswolds twist. We combine our unique botanical mix and purest wheat spirit in our handmade Holstein copper pot still and allow for a long maceration and slow distillation, resulting in a beautifully balanced gin of the finest quality.
