This rich and fruity single malt whisky is the first whisky made entirely in the Cotswolds, our award-winning Cotswolds Signature Single Malt Whisky is crafted using the finest locally grown, traditionally floor-malted Cotswold barley. Blended with whisky matured in premium first-fill ex-Bourbon barrels, this single malt has notes of honey, red fruits and a hint of treacle. It is double distilled in traditional copper pot stills and matured in premium bourbon and red wine casks before being blended and bottled at our distillery in the Cotswolds.
