Winemaking is a family affair for Domaine Jean Pascal, with the 15-hectare vineyard having been passed down through the generations, now helmed by Yann Pascal with his wife Alexandra. Expect this personal touch in every sip of the 2020 Côte d'Or Chardonnay. Though it can’t claim Puligny status due to lying on the border of the region, it possesses the glorious minerality that characterises Puligny wines, partnered with a floral nose.
