Crunchy Roast PotatoesServes 6-8Preparation: 10 minCooking: 50 minIngredients1 x 50g sachet seasoning1.75kg King Edward potatoes, peeled and cut into equal size pieces6 tbsp vegetable oilMethodPreheat the oven to 220°C/Fan 200°C/ Gas 71. Boil the potatoes in salted water for around 5 min, drain and set aside.2. Heat the oil in a roasting tin. Sprinkle the seasoning over potatoes, shake the pan so they're evenly coated, then put them into the hot oil and baste.3. Roast for 35-45 min until golden brown and crisp, turning halfway through.
