Recipes
Crumbed chicken with Katsu sauce and riceYou will need...1 jar katsu curry paste4 breaded chicken breasts1 tbsp vegetable oil1 medium onion, chopped160ml coconut cream1/2 pack fresh coriander (optional garnish)Jasmine rice to serveMethod1. Cook the chicken as per pack cooking instructions.2. Meanwhile, heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add onion and a pinch of salt, fry for 10 mins.3. Add the katsu curry paste and fry for 2-3 mins.4. Add coconut cream and bring to the boil.5. Reduce heat and simmer sauce for 15 mins.6. Pour the sauce over the chicken and serve with rice.7. Garnish with fresh chopped coriander.
