Contrelle Activgard Size 1 Bladder Support Device Pack of 30

Contrelle is a bladder support which is easy to insert and can stop bladder leaks immediately. It is discreet and comfortable, stopping leaks before they happen. Can be worn for up to 16 hours a day.

Uses
Easily vaginally inserted with reusable applicator. Suitable for women over 18 years suffering bladder leakage caused by stress urinary incontinence. Do not use until 12 weeks after childbirth. See Instructions for Use for step-by-step instructions.

Insertion Instructions

1. Use a water-based lubricant, for the first few uses at least, to ease insertion and removal of the device.
2. Always place the string on the applicator first.
3. There is a knack for sliding the foam device onto the top of the applicator - a slide-and-nudge technique. Don't try to pull the foam onto the top of the device first.
4. Insert Contrelle with the wings front to back - not side to side towards your thighs.
5. Insert Contrelle so that the bottom of the wings are about 2cm - 3cm inside your vagina. The foam device should sit lower than a tampon. Don't insert too high into the vagina or the device could be difficult to remove.
6. Try to relax, otherwise, your muscles tense making insertion and removal of Contrelle more difficult. If you feel tense, have a glass of water or try taking a few deep breaths.
7. It's ok if you can feel Contrelle in place at first, after a few uses you don't notice it anymore.

Each Contrelle Activgard can be used for up to 16 hours a day or just when running, swimming, taking exercise or other sporting activities. Each Contrelle Activgard can only be used once. It is recommended to change Contrelle Activgard when convenient after swimming. The Contrelle Activgard should be changed every 4 to 6 hours during menstruation. Do not use Contrelle Activgard at the same time as a tampon or instead of a tampon. Always use the applicator to insert Contrelle Activgard. Do not use anything other than the applicator to insert the Contrelle Activgard. For new users or women with some vaginal dryness we recommend using a water-based lubrication gel as this can make insertion and removal easier. Recycling
Outer packaging is recyclable. Device and plastic wrapper are not recyclable.
