Regional information: Mendoza is the home of Malbec and is known to produce deep-coloured, full-bodied wines. The high altitude gives the wines excellent concentration and intensity.
Vinification: The grapes were carefully selected before undergoing fermentation in stainless steel for 7 days. The wine was then aged in 50% French and 50% American oak for 3 months.
