Preparation: You'll need one sachet of Colman's Cheddar Cheese Sauce mix and 300 ml (1/2 pint) semi-skimmed milk. Pour a little milk into the pan and mix with the contents of the cheese sauce sachet. Stir in the remaining milk and bring to the boil, stirring continuously. Simmer for 2 minutes and enjoy!
