Vinification: This sparkling wine is made in the traditional method, in the same way as Champagne, with a secondary fermentation in the bottle. This gives the wine depth of flavour, elegance and long-lasting, fine bubbles. Codorníu Brut is made from a special blend of the classic cava grapes: Macabeo, Xarel-lo and Parellada.
History: Codorniu Raventós has been making wine since 1551 and have been Cava pioneers since 1872.
