Codorniu 1872 Organic Rose Brut is a Spanish cava made with Grenache Noir, Pinot Noir and Trepat grapes. Its fine bubbles and red fruit aromas come from the traditional method with a second fermentation in the bottle. Serve well chilled as an aperitif or with light dishes.

Fresh with intense aromas of red fruits and pleasant citrus notes. Cava is made according to the Traditional Method. The second fermentation, to produce bubbles and the unique flavour, takes place in this bottle.
