How to use coconut sugarWith a sweet caramel taste, our natural coconut sugar is a fantastic low GI alternative for all your sweetening needs. In the same way you use regular sugar, you can use it in coffee, tea, baking, cooking or anything that might need a little sweetness.

3 - StepCoconut Brownie3/4 cup coconut sugar1/3 cup unrefined coconut oil2/3 cup almond flour1/2 cup cacao powderPinch of salt1/2 tsp vanilla extract3L eggs (or flax eggs if vegan)Directions1 Pulse all ingredients in a food processor until combined. Stir in chocolate chips if desired.2 Spread into a lined baking tray and bake in a preheated oven 175°C / GM4 for 25-35 minutes.3 Leave to cool before slicing.
