How to use:
- Use Moisture Surge™ 100H Hydrator morning and night on clean skin
- Use All About Eyes™ twice a day, morning and night. With ring finger, apply sparingly to entire eye area using a gentle patting motion
- Apply High Impact™ Mascara starting at lash roots, wiggling brush up to lash tips. Repeat to build. For lower lashes, hold wand vertically
- Avoid pumping the brush in the container—this adds air that can dry out mascara. To prevent clumping, let mascara dry between coats
- Use Quickliner™ For Eyes Intense to line eyes, then use the smudge tool on the opposite end to gently smudge color to desired effect
Allow color to set for 60 seconds to ensure transfer resistance
