Each spray delivers 50 micrograms mometasone furoate. This corticosteroid reduces inflammation in the nose.

Directions for Use: Use only in the nose. Shake gently before use. For adults aged 18 and over: 2 sprays in each nostril once a day. Do not use more than 4 sprays a day. Once symptoms improve, reduce to 1 spray in each nostril a day.
Preparation: If using the spray for the first time, prime the bottle by pumping 10 times until a fine mist is produced. If not used for 14 days or more, re-prime by pumping 2 times.
How to use: 1. Shake the bottle gently and remove the dust cap. 2. Gently blow your nose. 3. Close one nostril and put the nozzle into the other nostril, tilt your head forward slightly. 4. Start to breathe in gently and squirt one spray. 5. Breathe out through your mouth. Repeat step 4 for a second spray in the same nostril if needed. 6. Remove the nozzle and breathe out through your mouth. 7. Repeat for the other nostril. After use, wipe the nozzle and replace the dust cap.
