Read MoreThis vibrant oil from the November 2024 harvest was sourced directly from Marina and her father, Manuel, in the north of Málaga in Andalucía, Spain. Marina has been transforming her traditional multi-generational farming business into a modern, top multi-award winner in just a few years.
Selected by our olive oil sommelier, this heritage blend of Hojiblanca, Arbequina, and Koroneiki olives was picked and milled within hours in a mobile mill to pack in freshness. The land is also regeneratively farmed in harmony with nature to protect future harvests.
This oil has a fragrant fruitiness, with red tomato and aromas of the vine itself. On the palate, there’s a hint of fresh celery and a bitterness almost like lemon peel, with a full sensation of a spiciness like ginger. The finish has a lingering, but clean pepperiness.
Pour this exciting oil over pastas and rice dishes. Shake it up on salads. Put this on peppers. Try it with everything from mango to Manchego.
