History: Château Prieuré les Tours covers 24 5 hectares, completed by a few farms and offers a production of 166 000 bottles of Red Graves and 18 000 bottles of White Graves. An ancient tower and the adjacent chapel originally determined the appellation of this vineyard, planted with 60 Cabernet Sauvignon, 35 Merlot and 5 Cabernet Franc. The soils have been completely drained and the vineyard almost completely replanted.

Vinification: Grapes are machine harvested from a sandy/gravel soil, followed by 2/3 weeks in temp controlled vats before being aged in new barrels (50%) for 9-12 months. Vatting time of 2 to 3 weeks depending on the vintage. Thermo regulated vats.
