This refreshing white wine is made from a blend of the Sauvignon Blanc, Semillon and Muscadelle grape varieties all grown on Bordeaux vineyard.It is a beautiful, pale yellow colour and a nose packed with powerful fresh fruit aromas. It has lively fruity flavours, with prominent citrus notes building to a fresh and satisfying finish.It is ideal as an aperitif, or served with white meats and seafood dishes.Serve chilled.

History
Freybernat Gaec, founded in 1981 by Gaston Flaujac and his two sons, Jean-Paul and Jean-Michel. Their own children havenow entered the business, becoming the 3rd generation of winemakers in the family.

Regional Information
The estate has 73 hectares of vines, of which 22% is planted with white wine varieties.

Vinification Details
The vines are planted in clay-limestone soils within this officially accrediated organic vineyard. The grapes are picked by hand.
