Chocolat Charbonnel re-creates the use of real chocolate as a drink. Traditionally in English Chocolate Houses, it was a mixture of chocolate and water only, however, for today's taste, you may prefer a richer drink made with milk.
Serving Instructions for Single Serving
Mix four heaped teaspoons of Chocolat Charbonnel with an equal amount of boiling water and stir until the chocolate has completely dissolved to form a smooth creamy consistency. Add hot milk to taste and then whisk vigorously to form a good froth.
