This Chateau Musar 2018 is a Lebanese red wine from the Bekaa Valley, made from a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Carignan, and Cinsaut. It offers savoury notes of earth, spice, and tobacco with finely textured tannins. Enjoy it with grilled meats or aged cheeses.
The most important wine made in Lebanon, Château Musar's flagship red wine is made from an equal blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Carignan and Cinsaut that's been aged for one year in French oak and then rested in the Musar cellars for at least three years before release. The 2018 vintage has a medium-intense appearance with the unmistakable Musar flavours of earth, spice and tobacco. It's savoury rather that fruity, with finely textured tannins.
