CERELAC® Mixed Fruits and Wheat with Milk is a nutritious, fortified wheat based Cereal with milk powder. Our cereal for babies and toddlers is ideal as a weaning food, once your baby has started to accept food and all the way through the weaning journey, making it suitable for children from 7 to 36 months of age. It contains nutrients such as calcium and vitamin D to help support the normal growth and development of bones. Our cereal contains zinc, calcium, and vitamins A & C as well as Vitamin D which contributes to the normal function of the immune system. Plus all the goodness of cereals with no added sugars. Cereal specially designed for babies and toddlers is a great foundation to a varied and balanced diet and is enriched with iron to help support normal cognitive development. • 1 Wash and dry your hands before preparing baby's food. Make sure all utensils are thoroughly clean.
• 2 Boil tap water. Allow to cool. Measure 75 ml of lukewarm water and..
• 3 Mix with 25 g of Cerelac®
• 4 Stir until the cereal is smooth, check the temperature and serve immediately.

At the start of weaning use small quantities of Cerelac®. As your baby grows, so will their appetite, and portions can be increased gradually to a suggested portion of 50g per day. Do not keep any unfinished portion.
